Mint Green…

Hello Nzuri!

Happy March, I know it’s been 4 days now but this is my first post for the month so again “Happy March”! As you can see, I have started with the green, no I’m not Irish but green is uplifting and tends to remind you that spring is coming; it really is! So for this month, I’ve styled three different colors of green and will be posting them through out the month to celebrate St. Patrick’s day! The first outfit is this mint green ensemble paired with my nude shoes, of course. (I promise you, I have other shoes, I promise; lol!

I purchased this pullover blouse a while ago from JcPenney, it’s a very light and airy material; normally I’d wear it under my suit jackets or just jeans like you see in the photos. I’d purchased the distressed jeans from Penneys as well around fall of last year, they were having a sale so I’d purchased three all in different colors, you saw the white pair here ; this mint color is so uplifting.

Green is the color of nature, fertility, life. Grass green is the most restful color. Green symbolizes self-respect and well being. Green is the color of balance. It also means learning, growth and harmony. It encourages rebirth. -psychology of color/

I can’t wait to show you the next green explosion! Tell me what you think of this mint green and how are you getting ready for St. Patrick’s Day or what are your plans for the month of March; are you doing anything extraordinary?

I can’t wait to hear about it. As always, thanks for stopping by nzuri!

Until next time, lets keep dreaming of all life’s great possibilities!

I LOVE mint green but I don’t think I have one thing that’s mint green (wait…I DO! Now I just have to figure out where I’ve hidden it). Thanks so much for reminding me of what a beautiful color it is. And I haven’t really thought about anything other than emerald or lime green for St. Patrick’s day, but mint is a great green for that! Oh, and if you have a pair of shoes that go with everything, why not?!

🤗yes, thank you; I love those shoes and they seem to go with EVERYTHING! Mint Green is so vibrant. I was also stuck on those greens because you see them so often… Thanks for stopping by Ruth!!

Those jeans are fabulous. I’m totally digging the mint color. That’s one of those colors that I need to add to my wardrobe, especially for spring. You’re right, it’s such an uplifting color.
